  Leona Lisa is an award winning photographer that works with you in the months prior to your wedding, with planning sessions, consultations, and the engagement session. This will ensure that your wedding day will flow smoothly, and all aspects and visions are explored to create the album of your dreams! An album you'll be proud to show off to your friends and eventually pass down to future generations as a testament to your love.

  Before each wedding Leona Lisa photographs, she will go to the location of your choice to create the engagement session. Often this is the place the couple became engaged or incorporates a location or activity that the couple enjoys. This not only provides a more complete coverage of the romance as it develops, but is also a rapport building time~ that way when you arrive at the wedding day it starts off more like old friends getting together rather than unfamiliar "hired help". The engagement session also introduces the couple to Leona Lisa's relaxed comfortable style of working, never rushed or harried, but choreographed around your personality and style.

  The wedding coverage you select should compliment your event and provide enough hours to capture each aspect. Weddings are celebrations, not just a long photo session, and Leona Lisa will work with you to incorporate the bridal portraits, romantic environmentals. and the formal family and bridal party groupings throughout the day without commandeering the event. To facilitate this, many or all of these photographs are taken prior to the ceremony when you are fresh and unhurried and can dedicate your full attention to the session. You'll have more time to enjoy your reception!

Dear Bride and mother of the Bride,

  I have written this letter, because our family had the best wedding photographer in the South Puget Sound Region and I know how tough it is to find a great photographer.

  It is totally unsolicited that I write this letter of encouragement for hiring Leona Lisa Photography.

  My daughter was recently married and we had Lisa as our wedding photographer. I can't begin to tell you how terrific Lisa was!

  I know exactly how you feel right now as you go about selecting a photographer because my daughter and I went through this exercise and were worried about choosing the best one. We went to several wedding shows and received many fliers and brochures from numerous companies, but heard about Lisa from a trusted "photographer " friend. She is a professional, honest, fair in her costs and willing to work with the couple all the way. 

  Photos are the memories of a day you spend a year preparing for and are truly priceless in the final analysis. I know there are many important decisions that have to be made from selecting the caterer to choosing the right reception location, but the photographer and their product is critical when the wedding is over.

  Lisa shot wonderful engagement photos. Her goal was two-fold, one to get to know the couple prior to the wedding, and secondly, to have these photos truly reflect who the kids are. Once I saw the quality of work in this pre-session, I had confidence she would be good. You never know what type of experience you can have and last year my niece, the Maid of Honor in my daughter's wedding, had the "Photographer From Hell."

  Lisa met with us several times to determine the photo selection etc. On the day of the wedding, she spent an entire day working tirelessly and with an unbelievable positive attitude. Her patience was extraordinary as she dealt with two ring bearers who challenged us all and still got marvelous shots. She took numerous combinations of a large family on both sides. She took artistic black and white, lovely colored photos and wonderful candids, not to mention the professional formal shots. She also is part of the 21st century with her Wedding Web Page Design.

  As you can see, I am very impressed with Lisa. I have three daughters and a son and I can say without a doubt, I will hire Lisa when they decide to get married. I would also hire her for other events,She's that good!
